I created Basileia Counseling (Bas-ih-lay-uh), which means inner authority, because I believe the strength and clarity you need are already within you. Our work helps you access and trust that inner authority. I offer focused intensives for women who want deeper work in less time, as well as individual therapy sessions (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).
You're here because you know it's time to identify and interrupt the anxiety-driven patterns that keep you overfunctioning. I'll help you regulate your nervous system, set boundaries without doubt, and rebuild true self-confidence, allowing you to function at your best without compromising your peace and well-being.

Beliefs formed early in life may still be shaping how you show up, reinforcing the idea that you must perform or prove yourself. When being authentic hasn’t felt safe, you may have learned to shrink, overextend, disconnect from your needs, or even withdraw from others in order to protect your sense of belonging.
