Vulnerabilty is safe here.
Welcome!
You’re here because you know the pressure to hold everything together is no longer sustainable.
I created Basileia Counseling (Bas-ih-lay-uh), which means inner authority, because I believe the strength and clarity you need are already within you. Our work helps you access and trust that inner authority supported by my clinical training and expertise. I offer focused intensives for women who want deeper work in less time, as well as individual therapy sessions (weekly, biweekly, and monthly).
In our work together, you will develop calm, steady confidence, trust your voice when setting boundaries, and move through life with greater clarity and emotional ease so you can succeed without feeling overwhelmed or depleted.
You’re the go-to for everyone, and now it's time to address your own needs without pretending you’re okay. You say yes when you know that no is the better option, but you carry the burden of not letting anyone down.
Beliefs formed early in life may still be shaping how you show up, reinforcing the idea that you must perform or prove yourself. When being authentic hasn’t felt safe, you may have learned to shrink, overextend, disconnect from your needs, or even withdraw from others in order to protect your sense of belonging. You don’t have to keep operating from those old rules. You can move through life with clarity and a steady sense of self that no longer depends on proving your worth.
I’m here to help you reclaim your place as a priority in your own life, so you can live with clarity, confidence, and freedom from the pressure to be everything for everyone.
My work is best suited for women who are ready to look inward, challenge long-standing patterns, and experience meaningful change in how they live, lead, and care for themselves. It’s time for your needs to matter too.
Every woman deserves a place to reflect, process, and find her way forward.
Anxiety is not always obvious, but it can influence how you think, respond, and move through your life in response to:
