Individual therapy provides consistent, ongoing support that helps you address both what’s coming up in your life week to week and longstanding concerns you’ve carried for years.

​

This format is intentionally spaced, giving you time to process specific portions of your experience, reflect between sessions, and integrate insights at a steady, sustainable pace.

Is Individual Therapy Right for You?

Individual therapy may be a good fit if you:

  • Want regular support as challenges, decisions, and emotions arise

  • Are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or chronic overthinking

  • Prefer a steady rhythm rather than intensive focus

  • Value time to process gradually instead of all at once

  • Want therapy to support your life alongside work and responsibilities

  • As a follow-up or new path after an Intensive

In individual sessions, we may:

  • Address current stressors and emotional challenges as they come up

  • Explore longstanding patterns that no longer serve you

  • Strengthen boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-awareness

  • Support you through transitions, relationships, and internal pressure

     60 minutes with a 15-minute extension as needed.
