A Steady Presence You Can Trust
I engage with you as a whole person, not just the problems you’re experiencing, because you’re always more than what you’re going through.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I’ve worked extensively with a range of clinical diagnoses, including anxiety and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive traits, grief, and trauma-related conditions. This clinical experience gives me insight into how anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt can shape self-perception. Rather than leaving you caught in relentless self-demands, we’ll use evidence-based approaches to help you develop a grounded sense of who you are.

Throughout this process, having the right support matters. I begin by listening to understand, so we can work together to help you move toward the life you’ve always sensed was meant for you.

I want you to feel safe being yourself in session. You can show up as you are and let what needs to come up, come up without judgment.

Healing isn’t tidy, but it’s worth it. My role is to walk alongside you as we identify what’s contributing to impostor feelings and help you reconnect with your strengths.

I should tell you, I’m a committed encourager who values honesty and depth. I’ll be present with you, offering support, helping you make sense of what you’re feeling, and reminding you that all of your emotions are welcome here.

My work is centered on helping you recognize that you're already enough, even when that hasn’t been reflected or affirmed in your relationships or experiences. By prioritizing your well-being, you'll learn to let go of the need for approval, reducing emotional strain and the physical effects of chronic self-pressure.
If you find yourself asking,"Why do I overthink everything" we have important work to do. We can uncover what’s driving the overthinking and help you trust your own decisions again.

I value the opportunity to get to know and partner with you.

My Commitment as Your Therapist

I genuinely care about your journey. I wholeheartedly believe in your capacity for growth, and while painful experiences matter and deserve attention, they don’t get to determine your future or diminish your worth. Healing allows you to move forward without being limited by what has hurt you.
I approach my work with intention, professionalism, and accountability. I consistently deepen my clinical knowledge to ensure each session is informed, focused, and effective. My professional and personal experience outside the therapy room also helps me understand the real-world demands and pressures many clients face every day.
I value progress in all its forms. Each step forward, whether small or significant, matters, and I recognize the effort it takes to show up with the courage that change and self-prioritization require.
