I am here to support you. In the essence of the Greek word (Bas-il-ay-ah), my passion is to guide you on a journey to recognize and unleash the profound insight and authority within you. You might find yourself on top of the world in certain aspects of your life, while feeling stuck in a sinkhole in others. Managing these extremes can be exhausting and challenging. Through therapy, we'll work together to find out what causes these highs and lows and develop a way to effectively manage them.

These varied experiences have deepened my dedication to serving clients in private practice.
I reside in Frisco, Texas with my husband of 26 years and my son who is in college. We laugh a lot together. I enjoy reading, writing and I am learning to garden.
My Master of Arts Degree is in Counseling from West Virginia University, and I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Ohio University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Mark Cagle, LPC-S.
