Intensive

As a high-achieving or driven woman, an intensive is often exactly what you need. An intensive is an extended therapy experience that allows you to focus deeply on a specific concern over a short period, rather than spreading the work across weekly sessions.

A 3-hour intensive in one day or a 6-hour intensive, spread over two days, provides space to step out of the weekly cycle and focus deeply on what matters most. Designed for women ready to move beyond surface-level coping, intensives provide concentrated, intentional support without rushing or stretching the work over months. You can share everything, and we can go deeper.

This format allows time to explore underlying patterns related to anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and performance-based worth, while also building practical strategies you can carry into daily life. Sessions are thoughtfully structured with breaks to support regulation, reflection, and integration.
