Workplace Mental Health Consulting
Informed Leadership. Sustainable Performance.
Employees would often come to me to vent, and over time I realized I was not just hearing complaints. I was hearing what was really happening beneath the surface. Most employees genuinely wanted their employer to be pleased with their work. They wanted to contribute, to feel valued, and to know they were doing well. What leadership sometimes saw as disengagement or resistance was often misalignment, exhaustion, or personal strain that had quietly followed them into the workplace.

As an employee, my options were limited because the people who confided in me trusted me with their vulnerability.

Eventually, I decided to leave corporate life and return to my first love: therapy. Many people already recognized me as the undercover counselor in the workplace, and I wanted to make it official so I could address the issues I had been witnessing without the fear of breaching trust or navigating organizational politics.

Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I make that contribution through the appropriate channels by helping leaders understand how mental health directly impacts culture, retention, and performance.
My experience as a Director of Social Services, Manager of Retention and Recruiting, HR Sourcer and Specialist, along with my work in diversity initiatives, content development, and the study of workplace wellness and psychological safety in organizations, allows me to bridge both the organizational and clinical perspectives.
